For over two decades Svarog Media has built VR & XR applications, digitized cultural heritage in 3D, and forged immersive training and projection spectacles — for museums, institutions, industry and international partners.
We own the full pipeline — capture, modelling, optimization, interaction and deployment — so one team carries your idea from a real location to a finished immersive product.
We capture real buildings, sites and machines as precise, photoreal 3D — using drones and the latest scanning techniques — so they can be explored, presented and preserved.
Standalone and desktop experiences for Meta Quest and beyond — virtual guides, immersive walkthroughs and interactive scenes that put people inside the story.
Immersive, hands-on training where staff safely practise risky procedures before the real thing — plus virtual laboratories for engineering and education.
We preserve monuments and archaeological sites digitally and bring them back to life — from online virtual tours anyone can open in a browser to fully immersive VR experiences.
Large-scale projection that turns buildings and landmarks into moving canvases of light — for events, anniversaries and city celebrations.
We use AI to create rich 3D content faster and to build virtual guides that narrate an experience — bringing projects to life without cutting corners on quality.
Immersive products and cultural-heritage work — photogrammetry, real-time graphics and AI brought together.
Hyper-Reality VR safety training for Tetra Pak in Serbia and Hungary. Physical dummy objects align precisely with their virtual counterparts, so trainees physically “touch” what they see. The latest module on the Tetra Pak Hungary floor simulates rotating feed rollers with fully controllerless hand tracking — teaching workers to mitigate nip-point hazards before the live line.
A standalone Meta Quest 3 experience of the Roman site of Mediana in Niš — built from drone photogrammetry and 3D Gaussian Splatting, optimized with 4K baked textures for a constant high frame rate. Part of “Tabula Peutingeriana”, exhibited at the International Fair of Technology in Belgrade.
A cultural-heritage project digitizing the Niš Fortress, Mediana and sites across five municipalities with 3D Gaussian Splatting — delivered as 360° virtual tours and a standalone VR app. Funded through EU PRO Plus / RRA JUG.
A platform bringing Serbia’s cultural treasure to life through interactive 3D — now powered by Gaussian Splatting, enriched with historical context. It spans a first-person educational browser game and a set of Oculus Quest 2 VR applications (Ravanica & Manasija). Recognized internationally by ICOM.
An interactive VR experience for the oil & gas industry that turns real seismic data into an explorable 3D visualization of the exploration process. Built on Meta Quest 2 from datasets processed through OpendTect, Python and Segyio, structured across three gamified levels. Presented at the EAGE conference in Vienna to excellent feedback.
Hands-on programs and co-creative workshops that pass on XR, AI and projection skills to a new generation.
A six-session XR education program at the American Resource Center in Belgrade — 12 participants in pairs building six interactive VR exhibitions (24 AI-generated models) in Unity 6, deployed to Meta Quest. In partnership with American Councils for International Education.
A co-creative projection-mapping workshop within the Tabula Peutingeriana project — six sessions at SKIP Niš, with trial projections onto a 3D-printed model of the Niš Fortress gate, ahead of the closing Festival of Light.
A co-creative AI workshop reinterpreting the Peutinger Map — seven sessions producing a three-minute AI animation of the ancient Roman road around Niš, using MidJourney, KlingAI, Minimax and more.
